CLJ5500 Lockjaw Tubing Tong & BUCS5500 Lockjaw Backup

The CLINCHER^® Lockjaw Tong and Backup system is an "open-throat" design which can handle tubulars as small as 2-1/16" to as large as 5-1/2" in diameter. The Lockjaw system adds a third jaw and die to increase tong die coverage while providing a means to prevent the ring gear from spreading at high torques. The CLINCHER^® Lockjaw Tong and Backup system can do the work traditionally requiring up to three different sets of tools to run CRA or fiberglass tubulars as well as carbon steel casing tubing.
